Poco Community Launched in India Almost a Year After Mi Community App Was Banned by Government

Poco has announced its community app, called Poco Community, in India. Poco was released by Xiaomi last year, and the company says the new platform is brought to supporters who have been advocating for the Poco brand under one roof to get their word out. about further construction. Fortunately, the launch of the Poco Community came almost a year after the government banned Xiaomi's Mi Community in the country. It is amongst 59 apps that were banned in India last year.

Poco Community Soccer, Poco India has started using applications for its national beta. It is asking users to provide information such as their full name, date of birth, and email ID. The brand also needs to get content about Twitter touch like Facebook and Instagram accounts of people looking to engage with its community.

Once the content is submitted, Poco will ask some questions to understand the applicant’s knowledge of the brand. The choice, however, seems to depend on the store.

Poco did not specify when it would launch a community forum for aspiring successors. It is not yet clear whether the company will have early access to its software updates or future announcements from its neighbors - something similar to what Xiaomi has provided by it Mi Communities.

Revealing the different segregation of Xiaomi last year, Poco India CEO C Manmohan confirmed to Gadgets 360 about community-building projects similar to the ones Xiaomi has in the country about The Six Last month. Community involvement will enable the brand to expand its reach among young smartphone users. This can be done by competitors including Realme and OnePlus supporting their services through community discussions.

Xiaomi is one of the first companies to introduce a model of community meeting solution and transform its consumer products into a great Mi fan. However, the government directly affected the model by banning the Mi Community in the country. Shortly after the ban, telcos and app stores restricted Indian users from accessing the Mi Community app. Chinese companies have finally decided to make the app because of the restrictions.
